If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

The suites are on average 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They consist of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a private bathroom. They all have large verandas (20 m²) equipped with balcony furniture to enjoy the lovely Greek sun and the beautiful view to Acropolis, Hadrian Arch and Zeus Temple.

Important information
Please note that you can park your car in the nearby secured, closed parking (approx. EUR 15-20). Parking on the streets is strictly prohibited for the Plaka area.

Distance to Airport 35 km. Pireaus Port 15 km. Nearest beach 12 km.
We like to inform you that there are several means of transportation from the Airport and the Port Pireaus to our hotel:
Airport El Venizelos (35 km)
Bus:
- Take Express Bus No 95 to Syntagma Square (Amalias Street).
- Walk down Amalias Avenue approx 500 m.
- Opposite the Hadrian Arch, turn right into Lysikratous street (AVA hotel is at 50 m)
Bus ticket = 3.20 euros per person
Metro:
- Take the Metro Blue Line No3 to Syntagma Square.
(either walk as described above or)
- Change at Syntagma and take Red line No2 to Akropolis Metro Station (1 stop).
- Take exit “Makrigiani/D. Aeropagitou”.
- Walk towards the Dionissiou Areopagitou (This is the pedestrian road leading to the Acropolis entrance).
- Cross straight over into Vironos Street. After 100 meters turn right into Lyssikratous Street. AVA Hotel is on number 9-11. (See map on Photos page)
Metro ticket = 6-8 euros per person
Taxi:
Plenty of taxis are available at the Airport.
A taxi costs around 25-40 euros depending on the number of luggages and night time.
Port Piraeus
Metro:
- Take the Metro Green Line No1 to Omonia Square.
- Change at Omonia Square and take Red line No2 to Akropolis Station (3 stops).
- We are 150 m from the station. See above.
Taxi:
A taxi costs around 10-20 euros depending on the number of luggages and night time.
