Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Continental buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00 in our breakfast room and includes ham, cheese, margarine, cereals, yogurt, eggs, toast, croissants, apple-pie type croissants, cake, banquet bread, honey, marmalade (jam), biscuits, milk, American coffee, instant coffee, instant espresso coffee, Greek coffee on request, chocolate on request, juices and tea.

Area information

The hotel is located in the central urban area of Athens city, yet still in a very quiet location next to the cosmopolitan pedestrian street Fokionos Negri and on the pedestrian street of Aghiaz Zonis. Fokionos Negri is where you can stroll for a few minutes to find plenty of coffee shops, some of which were the basis of all modern cafes in Athens. You will have a pleasant environment in which to relax and enjoy your beverage or drink at those cafes in the modern Greek style: taking your time and listening to music. There are also a few restaurants with both local and international cuisine, while for those that do not have enough time to spend on meals there are plenty of places to have fast food snacks. During the evening you may also find a few bars in the area, or even folk taverns with live Greek music The Aghias Zonis street is named after the Greek Orthodox Church of Aghias Zonis (the holy belt). You may visit for the ceremony or to see the amazing architecture. At this pedestrian street you will also find a few shopping places. Another place worth a visit is "Stella", a public summer movie theater located just 20 meters from our hotel. The summer movie theaters were originated in Greece during the late 30's. You may enjoy a movie under the Athenian summer sky. "Stella" usually hosts cultural interest movies of the past years at about half price of the standard movie tickets.

Travel information

From the Airport: By Metro-Subway: You should get off at Syntagma station and then get the tram. Take tram number 11 or 5 and get off at Amerkis Square. From Amerikis Square you go straight past 3 city blocks (300 metres) to Tenedou Street. By Express Bus: Take the X95 and get off at Syntagma station and then follow the directions as above.
